For a year I have taken a precise look at the city of Zug. Partly poetic, partly dramatic, the photographs document the city's development.- They show impressively and without many words the state of the city.- They manage to sharpen the perception of the cityscape and address the seemingly inconspicuous. They show the interplay between city, landscape, public and private spaces and the overlapping of yesterday and today on the way to tomorrow.The exhibition with accompanying catalog is at the same time the start of a long-term project in which I will continue to accompany the city.In a 5-year cycle, the city's development will be further documented in expressive color photographs.The illustrated book is available at. www.reginegiesecke.ch Regine Giesecke
